Return Process

  Ensure the products are securely packed in their original packaging; items must be at least 50% full to qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
